The HBR report goes on to say that AI can support three types of business capabilities: automating business processes, engaging with customers and employees, and gaining insights through data analysis.

Still one of the main roadblocks for AI adoption in enterprises is clarity on what is AI and what it can do for the businesses. I believe that AI education should from very basics.
